A bachelor's house in Ajax. The kitchen has cabinetry in Benjamin Moore Gray Owl with skinny shaker doors, a charcoal quartz island and a Fisher & Paykel stove. The powder room pairs a black and white floor with a custom-stained white oak vanity. The primary bathroom has marble chevron shower walls and cement-look tile, and the second bathroom, which gets no natural light, keeps to black and white.
