This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
The only information it collects is what you type into the enquiry form, and that goes straight to the studio inbox.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the address of the house and a description of the work. Nothing else, and nothing is required beyond a name, an email, a timeframe and a sentence about the job.
Where it goes
The form sends one email to hello@onegroupbuild.com. It is delivered by Resend, a transactional email service, which handles the message in transit. Nathalia and Thiago read it. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside the studio.
What the site does not do
No analytics. No advertising or tracking pixels. No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser. No newsletter signup, no session, no account. Photographs load from Sanity, the content system behind this site, which sees the request for the image and nothing about you beyond what any web server sees.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept in the studio inbox as ordinary business correspondence. If you would like yours deleted, write to hello@onegroupbuild.com and it will be removed.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information a business holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@onegroupbuild.com or call 437 998 5905 and One Group will answer.
